Part seventeen. The Division shall maintain data on the admission, remedy and periodic assessment of all persons admitted to facilities below its supervision. These kinds of documents shall be non-public rather than open to general public inspection except (one) on right judicial purchase whether in connection with pending judicial proceedings, (2)
